Main Conference venue: the Belfry
The Main Conference venue is a 14
th century building located at the world famous Market Place of Bruges. A location that is both unique and inspiring. It is composed of 4 spacious rooms and a civilian tower of 83 meters (366 steps) – the highest tower in Bruges. It is called "the Belfry" of "Belfort" or sometimes "Stadshallen". The plenary sessions and the lunches for the delegates will be held here.
The Belfry is at a walking distance of all hotels. As a venue, this is really one of a kind.
The streets and pavements of Bruges are often covered with cobblestones. We strongly advise you to bring a pair of comfortable walking shoes.

Main Conference hotel
The Main Conference hotel is the Crowne Plaza Hotel. A number of workshops and committee meetings (on Sunday) will be held in this hotel, which is located only a 2 minutes' walk from the Belfry.
Registration will take place in this hotel on Saturday, 12 September (2 p.m. – 8 p.m.) and Sunday, 13 September (9 a.m. – 6 p.m.).
