Conference Fee
(not applicable to Honorary Members, Guest Speakers, Press and Sponsors)
The conference fee for all participants is € 1.450 (approx. 1.875,00 USD), excluding VAT. The fee covers registration for one participant and one accompanying person including the following:
- For the participant from 13 to 16 September 2009
- Conference documents
- Meetings
- Coffee breaks
- Working lunches
- For the participant and one accompanying person
- Welcome Reception on Sunday, 13 September 2009
- Belgian Evening on Wednesday, 16 September 2009
- For one accompanying person
- Excursion "Bruges, the beautiful ..." on Monday, 14 September 2009
How and when to make payment
The conference fee (including IUMI Shuttle Bus service if selected) and fees for excursions (if any) are to be paid to your National Assocation, who will invoice you accordingly.
All bank charges are to be borne by the participant or the National Association.
Your registration will be confirmed as soon as the Conference Secretariat receives the payment from your National Association.
Cancellation
Cancellations by participants are accepted only in writing when made no later than Friday 14 August 2009.
Cancellations before Friday 14 August 2009:
Conference fees will be reimbursed after the conference with a deduction of 30% (excluding any costs due to specific cancellations e.g. bank transfer costs).
Cancellations after Friday 14 August 2009:
Will receive no reimbursement.
