Waiver of Liability
When registering for the IUMI 2009 Conference, all participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Organizer shall bear any liability whatsoever, including in the event of the cancellation of the conference due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party (force majeure).
Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Cancellation
Cancellations by participants are accepted only in writing when made no later than Friday 14 August 2009.
Cancellations before Friday 14 August 2009:
Conference fees will be reimbursed after the conference with a deduction of 30% (excluding any costs due to specific cancellations e.g. bank transfer costs).
Cancellations after Friday 14 August 2009:
Will receive no reimbursement.
